​Sessions:
Individual therapy sessions are typically 50-53 minutes in length, once a week, with the option of meeting more often.
​I offer in-person and virtual sessions.
Free Initial Consultation:
I offer complimentary 15 – 20 minute confidential phone consultations for those who are exploring their options for therapy. I understand that this is a very personal process. In this call you can tell me a little bit about what you are looking for, ask me any questions you might have, and you can get a sense of how I work.

My office is located near Union Square, The New School, and NYU, accessible via the N,R,W, 4,5,6, L, and F,M and Path trains.
